General terms and conditions

General
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Mocciie B.V., trading under the name Paws & Flora, located at Diemerhof 42, 1112 XN, and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 94352437.
1.2 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these conditions.

2. Offer
2.1 All offers on the website are non-binding and subject to availability.
2.2 Prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are stated separately.

3. Order and payment
3.1 The customer places an order via the website.
3.2 Payment can be made via the payment methods indicated in the webshop.
3.3 After receipt of payment, the customer will receive a confirmation of the order.

4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery takes place at the address specified by the customer.
4.2 The delivery time is on average 1 to 5 days, unless otherwise indicated. Paws & Flora makes every effort to respect this term.
4.3 In case of delivery of plants, some damage may occur due to transport. This will be remedied according to our return conditions.

5. Right of withdrawal
5.1 Plants and flowers are perishable goods and are excluded from the right of withdrawal according to EU regulations. This means that plants and flowers unfortunately cannot be returned.

5.2 For all non-perishable goods, such as flower pots, decorative items and accessories, we offer a 14-day right of return. This means that you can decide to cancel your purchase and return the product within 14 days of receipt of the product.

6. Warranty and complaints
6.1 Paws & Flora guarantees that the delivered products comply with the agreement and are free from defects.
6.2 Complaints must be reported in writing immediately after receipt of the products.

7. Liability
7.1 Paws & Flora is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or damage due to incorrect use of the products.
7.2 Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid out by our insurer.

8. Privacy
8.1 Paws & Flora respects the privacy of customers and handles personal data with care. See our Privacy Statement for more information.

9. Applicable law
9.1 Dutch law applies to all agreements.
9.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.

10. Changes
10.1 Paws & Flora reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions. The changes will be announced on the website.
