Return period

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returning plants

Due to the delicate and perishable nature of our plants, they cannot be returned.

The right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) for products that can spoil or age quickly.

If a plant is delivered damaged or incorrectly, we will provide the same plant free of charge. Shipping costs are also covered by us.

Returning pots and other products

Pots and accessories can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

the product is unused and undamaged
it is in its original packaging (if possible)

The costs for return shipment are for your own account, unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.

How to initiate a return

Send an email to support@pawsandflora.eu with:

your order number
the item(s) you wish to return
the reason for return

Upon approval, we will send you further instructions.
Never send back items without prior authorization — these cannot be accepted.

For a defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered product: free return
For a return based on the right of withdrawal: costs are for your own account

Damage and defects

Check your order immediately upon receipt.

Is a product damaged, defective, or delivered incorrectly? Please contact us within 24 hours via support@pawsandflora.eu and include:

your order number
clear photos of the product and packaging

In such a case, we offer a free replacement product or a refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot process reports made after 24 hours.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following products cannot be returned:

live plants (excluded from the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law for perishable goods)
personalized or custom-made products

EU right of withdrawal (14 days)

For orders within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, with the exception of products legally excluded (such as live plants).
